At Lenbachhaus in Munich there is currently a very beautiful exhibition happening - Franz Marc & August Macke , eine Künstlerfreundschaft (an Artist Friendship).
These two artists are incredibly inspiring, I love the intensity of their colors.
When I last went there on the evening, I did some sketches of the paintings. I enjoyed that a lot. All three sketches are from Paintings of August Macke, the one I prefer from the 2.
The exhibition lasts until beginning of May and I hope to be able to go there again, there are still many paintings I would like to take notes from...
