Adventskalender 2020 - 1

 It's that time of the year again and what a year... a really strange one, the first year of my life where I have not seen my parents at all. I have spent a lot of "me-time" painting Morocco and other places I miss this autumn, from pictures I have taken in the past and I will share these paintings here in my adventskalender. 

This is a technique I have discovered back in  2011 when I was in Brussels, but I have not used since then: Neocolor II. I love it, it reminds oil pastels a bit. I love the intense colors, I think they suit Morocco. 

The corona crisis has made this favorit place of mine in Rabat disappear: the oudayas café was destrozed during the summer.
